Academy Development Plan 2024/25
We have recently reviewed our Academy Development Plan (ADP) in order to ensure continued & sustained improvement at Eastgate Academy. The new ADP builds on progress that the school had made since its Outstanding Ofsted inspection in May 2023.
The over-arching principle of our ADP for 2024/25 are to provide outstanding education which will allow our children to develop their love of learning and close the gaps caused by Covid lockdowns. Although we had 100% interaction with our families throughout lockdown there are still gaps in their learning which we need to address. To support our families through this difficult period we are opening our own food and clothes bank from January 22.
