In literacy, we have been using drama techniques to interview witnesses to the Nowhere Emporium’s appearance. The children loved role playing the police officer and witnesses. They all took their roles very seriously. A great performance by all.

In art, we have been creating our own abstract art and learning about modernism in art style. Children have been experimenting with different mediums to create their own art pieces.

In maths, we have been learning about place values up to 100,000. The children loved using the counters to concrete their knowledge of the topic.
