We examined the painting 'Girl with a pearl earring' and investigated the tints and shades of the headscarf. We have been practising the skill of making colours darker or lighter using black and white.

 

 

 

Science

We investigated how our senses help us understand the world around us by using our noses to decide what might be in the pots and exploring new tastes with lemon curd and marmite.
