Following the success of Food for Thought in King’s Lynn, Downham Market and Hunstanton, the next round of Food for Thought will begin on Tuesday, 30th April at The Beacon Church in North Lynn.
The format of the sessions will be the same as in previous rounds, with each of the twelve weeks having a theme. It is completely free and attendees do not need to book or attend all of the sessions. Children are welcome to come along with parents/guardians.
The sessions start on 30th April at 9:30am – 11:30am. Each session gives people the opportunity to watch a professional chef demonstrate at least two different easy to replicate, healthy, low cost recipes and then taste the finished dishes. Attendees will also be able to blind taste test everyday essentials to see if they really can tell the difference between the budget choice and the branded item.
